Ever had those moments of forgetting when you leave a room and only when you return to the room in the same spot are you able to recall what you were thinking about?

What can we take from this phenomenon? Do you believe in some morphogenetic (Sheldrake) field or is the Unconscious so vast that it is capable of mapping our entire surroundings so that highly insignificant events are recorded without being presented to consciousness at the time of taking place?

Great question! What I would be looking for in answers is a way also to consistently prove it if possible or to have it explained very clearly.

I am in the bathroom for example and then I say to myself, ‘ I need to take that washing out and hang it up to dry.’ Then I go into the kitchen to perform the task and I have forgotten why I am there, ‘what was that thing I have to do ?’ I go back into the bathroom and I say to myself, ‘oh yeah, its the washing ‘. My conclusion is, that thought about what I need to do, is in the bathroom, not in the kitchen and not in my head ? ….. ?
