What does it mean to be inspired?

The word ‘inspire’ has the sound of inhalation about it. Like we are breathing in the spirit of creativity from others, embodying it and then we a-spire – which has the sound of ‘without’ breath about it – exhaling the embodied spirit of the other.

Obama ‘Catch and Release’

When a guy I was debating with saw the stats for Hispanic crime, he then claimed that only illegal immigrants were commiting crimes and being released under the catch and release policy. Also, that ‘more immigrants=more crime’. This is what I said: Do you have any sources to show the magnitude of this problem? I […]

Immigrants drain resources?

In the same debate I was having about ‘Hispanics and immigrants getting special treatment’, the same Trump supporter came out with this claim. Here is what I said: (I have removed his username) The bottom line is that immigrants do drain resources and break the law. So do all humans. As for the claim that […]

As a polymath, he contributed to a wide range of subjects, including […]

Anchoring as a form of malediction

Here’s a video that I found extremely interesting. Now, before we begin, I would like to say, yes, this video is from one of those ‘healing communities’ that talk about Narcissitic abuse and I am well aware of how they become victim cults of sorts and can do as much if not worse damage to […]

Karma

Death is not opposite to life. Death is a part of life. Human beings have a unique perception of time that is finite and we are the being-toward-death. Each breath that is exhaled is a form of dying. Identity is not fixed, we ‘die’ many times over in our lives, we change and transform and […]
